Mid America Bengali Association (MABA) is nonprofit organization under IRS 501(c)(3) with the following objectives:

	Promotion of Bengali Culture, Art, Literature, Language and Heritage among Bengali communities and among non-Bengali general public. Maintenance and enhancement of co-operation and association among the people who are interested in the objectives of MABA;
	Advancement of educational and cultural interests of MABA;
	Award the rights to host "Bangamela®" to an Affiliated Member organization;

Bangamela^® is a registered Service Mark of MABA The United States Patent and Trademark Office, vide registration No. 2,992,548 , dated Sep 6, 2005, has granted the exclusive right of use of the Bangamela® Service Mark to Mid America Bengali Association under the Trademark Act of 1946, as amended." .

Bangamela ® is a registered Service Mark of Mid America Bengali Association (MABA). The United States Patent and Trademark Office, vide registration No. 2,992,548 , dated Sep 6, 2005, has granted the exclusive right of use of the Bangamela® Service Mark to Mid America Bengali Association under the Trademark Act of 1946, as amended. Any unauthorized use of this Service Mark shall be prosecuted fully to the extent of the law.
